| This campaign starts out with the Left For Dead survivors' plane crashing. Mid way through the flight, the pilot had started to turn into one of the infected. Thanks to one of the survivors' quick thinking, they shoot the pilot in the head, killing him. Their action resulted to the plane crashing in an industrial area located in Whitney County, just outside of Fairfield. The Survivors then must make their way through storage areas and factories until they make it to the main road. They then arrive at Riverside boulevard that gives them access to a barricaded bridge set up by the millitary.
